Your map page and your reviews: the first place customers look.
- 02
A website and FAQ that works on a phone
Plain, fast, and answering the questions customers already ask you.
- 03
Get named by AI

- 04
Train your apprentice
Your own AI helper that drafts, files and reminds. You read it and approve it.

How it is different
You stay the boss
AI is a terrible master, but a great servant. It drafts, you approve.
Click by click
If you can text a photo, you can do this. Every step is shown on screen.
Proof at every step
Every lesson ends with one thing to do and one thing to show for it.
Free on YouTube. Doing it is the room.
Most of what is taught is free. The room is for getting it done with help and other tradesmen.
Questions tradesmen ask
Do I need to be a computer guy?
No. If you can text a photo, you can do this. Every step is click by click, and the room has your back.
How much time does it take?
Fifteen to thirty minutes, three evenings a week, plus two tiny reps on the job each day. Weekends off.
Which AI do I use?
The lessons are built on Claude. You can follow along with ChatGPT or Gemini, but the room's help is built around Claude.
What if it does not work for me?
At day 90 we re-run your day-one numbers and compare. If the checklists are done and nothing has improved, the plan is to give the 90 days back.
